BIRDS OF SAME FEATHERS

YOU MUST EXERCISE THE ARM-THE BICEPS,TRICEPS,AND THE LOWER ARM.OBVIOUSLY THE STROKE SURVIVOR WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO IT ALONE.YOU MUST HELP HIM TO DO IT.HE MAY ALSO USE THE OTHER HAND TO DEVELOP THESE MUSCLES.IT WILL TAKE TIME.IN MY CASE IT HAS TAKEN MORE THAN THREE YEARS.I AM NOW TRAINING WITH SMALL WEIGHTS.I AM ABLE TO DO IT.

Stroke Survivors May be Able to Get Life Insurance

Please see http://www.life-insurance-quotes.ca/blog/2014/02/25/CanStrokeVictimsGetLifeInsurance.aspx for more information :)
