Comments for Gaining Strength After Stroke

Stroke weakness

I am post stroke, however I do have weakness on the inside left thigh and knee on the affected side. My therapist has suggested that I squeeze a ball between both knees at 3 sets of 10 for 5 mins each. I have not recovered 100% in which I fear to walk as my ankle turns to the inside.
